How long does it take to establish new account?

Your account will be activated within 1 hour if you submit your order between 10 AM - 10 PM EST MON - FRI. Please note: we do not guarantee setup time. Sometimes we cannot complete credit card phone verification. We know that you need your account ASAP, please check our Order Tips below before placing an order. If you didn't receive anything from WestNIC within 12 hours, you should contact our billing department for manual verification/activation: 1-213-291-6905  (MON-FRI, 10 AM - 6 PM EST).

Order Tips:

If you wish to get your account live ASAP, please verify:

1. Is your domain name registered? If not, please register it before placing hosting order. You may register domain name here: or anywhere you wish.

2. WestNIC verifies all credit card and Paypal orders manually over the phone. Please provide valid phone number associated with credit card holder contact.

3. Please have your bank statement ready. Our billing represenative may ask for: a) name of the bank, b) phone number, c) billing address.

4. Sorry, we do not accept prepaid credit cards.
