Unable to find out which user owns the parked domain

If you received "Unable to find out which user owns the parked domain.." during unpark, please try the following:

1. Login to Web Hosting Manager (https://serverid.westnic.net:2087).
2. Navigate DNS Functions > Delete a DNS zone.
3. Delete DNS zone for the parked domain name (find then select parked domain name).

Please be extra careful with DNS zone removal. If you remove actual, non-parked domain, you will lose an account (it will disappear within WHM).

ERROR: This domain name does not match domain registered in the license key file (cualesproductions.com), allowed domains: support.westnic.net, please change the product path to match the domain under Admin CP > Settings > General Settings
This product will not work properly unless untill that value is changed.
