My Dedicated Security Certificate (SSL) has expired

Dedicated SSL was obtained via WestNIC Reseller hosting plan

SSL renewals aren't automatic. You'd have to place an order each year. If you wish to keep your site active for extended period of time (3-5 years), you should consider business grade SSLs with 2-5 years renewal option. It's cheap and convenient, please contact sales via support desk for more details.

You should drop a ticket at least 10 days prior SSL expiration. SSL expiration date can be found within browser - please click on green lock in Google Chrome or yellow lock "Security Report" in Internet Explore. Please provide the following:

a) domain name for SSL installation. NOTE: SSL Certificates can only be used on Web servers hosting the Common Name specified during enrollment. For example, an SSL Certificate for the domain "" will receive a warning if accessing a site named "" or "", because "" and "" are different from "". Please choose domain or subdomain carefully!

b) Company name (commercial sites only) or Site Name (non-commercial sites)

c) Full Address

d) Phone Number

e) Company Division (for example, "Sales" or "Support")

f) Email Address

Your order will be sent to SSL vendor for approval. Your dedicated security certificate will be installed within 1-2 business days.

Business grade SSL has expired

SSL renewals aren't automatic, however, it's possible to obtain SSL even for 5 years. It's cheap and convenient - you don't have to monitor expiration date. Please contact sales via support desk for SSL renewal.
